Let's talk about today history...

As usual,

and all the things become normal again,

jam little while then only reach KTM...

Main topic for today is about EPF,

due to the Dec salary have 12% is gone,

this must be deducted into EPF.

After a long conservation,

just knew that my EMF a/c not yet created.

And based on what the agent said,

I needed to go to Puchong to apply the EPF a/c,

if not i had to find out which place nearby my house got do EPF stuff...

And it came to my boss - Oi Ping,

she said: no need to go 1st, i will ask for u all.

then i said: aren't we need to go there to have fingerprint?

she said: then call them come here and get our fingerprint lo...

waaaaa....

like that also can a?

then the agent cheat us lo...

need us go to Puchong so far~~~~~~~

actually is no need geh!!!!!

yea~

then it made us no needed to head big anymore~~~

yea yea~~

About today's work,

my tu di - Zoe,

Today she accidently key in wrong nationality for 2 times,

also couldn't blame her coz the 2nd ppl who keyed in wrongly was the 1 who shared her a/c,

aiks...

call Sharon route the case for me to do bah...

later she did wrong again...

and calm her down coz she felt guilty on making lots of mistake...

dun worry lar~~~

last time i also made lots of mistake and it made me more careful when doing data entries...

And today i accidently spawn a case to Singapore,

and Sharon called Oi Ping to route back...

but unfortunately she route a wrong case for me but same name...

so close after i finished my work i got checked,

and knew that got 2 duplicate cases,

properly was Singapore people did not see the "Bundled Request",

and put the same facilty i did for the previos case...

No choice,

coz I'm temp. staff,

i had to abort my case and re-do again...

nemai la...

coz my fault,

i should more careful when i spawned case...

Finally,

she replied me...

and i knew she was worry about her fren, angelan,

who was in hospital right now...

3 times heart failure can't beat him down,

he should be fine geh!
